We are not in Medicaid networks, and will not be able to bill them. We accept: Blue Cross Blue Shield (we are in network with most BCBS plans) Healthcare Highways Because coverage varies by policy, we encourage you to verify your behavioral health benefits directly with your insurance provider before beginning services. If your counselor is not in-network with your insurance plan, you will be responsible for the session fee at the time of service. When possible, we are happy to provide documentation that may help you seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company. Please note that understanding your insurance benefits—including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, authorization requirements, and coverage limitations—is ultimately the client’s responsibility. While we will submit claims when applicable, insurance coverage and payment cannot be guaranteed. Any client responsibility is determined by your insurance carrier and reflected in your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Services Provided by Counselor Candidates Counselor Candidates provide services under the supervision of a licensed counselor and may be eligible for insurance billing through supervisory arrangements with certain insurance plans, including many BCBS plans. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your specific policy and the agreements established with the supervising licensed counselor. At this time, we are unable to provide superbills for services rendered by Counselor Candidates for reimbursement through insurance plans outside of these supervisory billing arrangements.
